Melbourne Art Culture
Melbourne owes a lot to the graffiti artists of the city. It is the cultural hub of Australia, where progressive ideas are often born, developed or innovated. Sure Melbourne didn't create graffiti, but it became an international tourist attraction because of it. It has played an important part of the artform's evolution. The many dark, old, hostile lane-ways are a magnet for overseas and local visitors.
